I'm a GAMER....

a Grocery Gamer, that is! I have started getting Sunday papers and cutting the coupons and then I go shopping once a week for the deals that week. It is amazing how much more food and health and beauty items we have gotten in the last couple weeks. I have gotten several $11 razors for FREE...yes you read that right...FREE!!! I have gotten toothpaste for less than 50 cents a tube! It is great! I no longer dread grocery shopping. Now I look forward to the deals that I am going to get. It is so fun to hand the cashier all my coupons and see my total drop WAY down! The other day I went to Rite Aid (a store I normally wouldn't shop at) and purchased bar soap, hand soap, dish soap, deodorant, detergent, toothpaste, and Electrasol tabs. I purchased 67 items. The regular price of everything would have been $105.65...my total came to...are you ready for this...$22.45!!! WOW! Even the cashier commented on the amazing savings I had. We are now stocked up on those items and won't need to buy them for at least a few months (some maybe a year!).
