Spring Break...

is over and the boys are back in school! Actually it went pretty well. I had a couple projects lined up for them to do (painting, etc). Tuesday afternoon we went to the free movie at the theater here in Othello and saw Alvin and the Chipmunks. The boys thought it was pretty funny! Then that night we went to our good friends' house and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. The boys had fun playing in the fire while the dads just sat and watched them. Matt had a project dumped on him at work so he was quite busy. Thursday morning I got a wild hair and decided to load the boys up and drive to Boise to finish out the break. It was a fun weekend! They had fun playing with their cousins and spending time with Mama and Papa Barnes. Saturday afternoon the 5 oldest kids (Chase, Trevor, Jenessa, Trey, and Layton) went down to Papa's shop (Color Craft) while mom and dad planted the garden. The kids had a blast searching for creatures in the ditch. They found a crawdad and brought it home. It is now our pet. What fun! We had a great time in Boise and were glad that we were able to go.
