Girl's & Guy's weekend

This weekend was our 2nd annual Yearsley Girl's weekend. Unfortunately, I left my camera at home so I don't have any pictures (bad blogger). We started out having dinner at Fong'schinese restaurant in Rexburg. Yummy. Their Chow Mein was especially good. Then we went back to the hotel for a night of making bead watches and earrings. Then we played the "left, right game" to exchange the aprons we had done up. They all turned out so cute! The last part of the night was spent sharing our favorite recipes with eachother. I am always on the lookout for new recipes to try. Saturday morning we hit a couple yard sales before having our spa treatments. Janet and Candace both got facials while Lisa, Kathryn, Diana, and I each had a pedicure. I love having pretty toes for flip-flop weather. Next up was a stop at Real Deals and then lunch at The Pita Pit. Mmmm good! We ended our time together at Porters. I so wish that we had a Porters near us. Their prices are a bit steep but they have such fun crafting ideas. It was so much fun to spend the weekend with the girls. I am so grateful that I have been blessed with such great in-laws and that we all get along. Thanks Janet for everything!! :)

While the gals were partying it up in Rexburg, Ben and his kids came to spend the weekend with Matt and the boys. Grandpa Yearsley drove down Saturday morning to spend the day with the guys (& Cami and Jenna). They had fun shooting rockchucks, mice, and rabbits. It was a fun-filled weekend for all. Doug and Jon you were missed!

It WAS a great weekend! Thanks for letting my family come and visit your house! I might need to steal the pics Matt took--Ben didn't take any!
