Matt and I were in charge of the Yearsley reunion this year. We decided to go to Thousand Springs Resort near Hagerman. Other than it being too close to the highway it was a great place with a big, grassy area not too close to the river and a big, fun swimming pool to play in. It was a great weekend, minus the wind and rain storm that hit Friday night. There was fishing, hiking, bocce ball tournament, yummy food, swimming, jumping off the high-dive for the first time for several people (woohoo!), alligators, huge sturgeon, fireworks, and great company! We are so glad that everyone was able to make and spend the weekend.
Chase and Ben hiked up the hill across the road from the campground...see how tiny there are clear at the top

Enjoying the campfire right before the big rain storm
Ben and Dustan (& their wives) cooked up a yummy breakfast
Mmm...there is nothing better than pancakes, eggs, and bacon when you are camping
Diana, Kathryn, and Candace waiting their turn at Bocce ball

The older kids had a blast sitting on the dock soaking their feet and fishing
Matt taking a nap since he couldn't swim
Off to the Alligator farm
National Fish Hatchery where the kids (& Jon and Grandpa) got to touch sturgeon
Fireworks, fireworks and MORE fireworks
Hanging out before heading home
