After a couple months of having a hole (two actually, but who is counting) in our backyard we finally got the firepit finished!! Once Matt got the hole done it didn't take much time for us to get the seating and ring done. We finished it last Saturday (landscaping still not complete) and broke it in by roasting hot dogs and smores.
*Note to self and anyone else who might be interested--do NOT buy the giant marshmallows from Winco again. They were a huge mess, but gave us a good laugh*

The firepit looks awesome. Those marshmellows are huge!! And when you roast them they grow and make a gigantic mess. :)
I love the firepit! It reminds me a little of the one in Othello... I'll remember about the marshmallows...at least for the little kids...Reagan's having a party before the Homecoming Game on Friday...maybe we'll try them for the big kids. :)
