We decided to head over to a local pumpkin patch to hand pick our pumpkins this year for family night. The boys were so excited and of course ran out to find the biggest pumpkins out there (pictures on the side bars). The pumpkins were so large that the boys (& Matt) had a hard time lugging them onto the cart to wheel them to the register. We found that the scale at the patch only went up to 60lbs and the 4 largest pumpkins maxed out...kept saying "error". We were taken back a bit at the price, but you can't put a price on family fun right?!?! Then we delivered spider cookies to some families in the ward. The boys had a blast knocking and running away. It was a great night spent with our family.

Cute cookies. Man those are big pumpkins. Alyse and Lexi always pick the smallest pumpkins that they can find and I am always wishing that they had picked a bit bigger. Glad they don't pick huge ones that I can't lift though. :)
How fun! I was wishing I had heard of a pumpkin patch here, but never did! Your cookies are way cute!
That looks like such a fun time!!!
You are making such great family memories! Fun times for sure!
Look at muscle man Matt hefting that big pumpkin.
Side note... The pumpkins are even bigger than they look in the picture! They were HUGE!
