...I have been thinking for a while about trying out cloth diapers. Don't know why really, other than they are so cute nowadays and after the initial investment you actually spend less than on disposables. After two days of trying out the cloth diapers I think we are going to stick with them. They have come a LONG way from the cloth dipes that I wore as a baby. They are as easy to use as disposables and aren't that bad to clean. I will be getting more diapers so that we can go about 2 1/2-3 days before we have to clean everything. But this is the collection so far!

Diapers have come a long way! Alot cuter than the ones I used. Hey, and no folding! Awesome!
I only used cloth! Way better. I couldn't stand the thought of how much waste we were creating. Way to go green! :)
You're brave. I'm not sure I could handle it. I guess I won't be green in that aspect for a while. Good for you though!

Hey! You don't know me, but I found your site through Kathryn's blog, thinking you were another Janae that I know. Anywho, I got excited that there was another cloth diaperer out there and had to welcome you to it :D I don't know if you know about it yet, but Happy Tushies has a wonderful wetbag ("Pale Liner") that holds tons and zips. It's the best bag I've seen so far for normal at-home, between-load storage of dirties.
Anywho, I agree, SO much better than the old way, and so much better than disposables ;) Now I'm just blabbering (Ask Katie, I do that a lot!). Your family is beautiful!
