Zander has become quite the talker in the last little while . . . he reminds me a lot of Chase.
Yesterday at Stake Conference he had fallen asleep so I took him out to the lobby so *I* could be more comfortable on the couch. He ended up waking up minutes after going out there. While sitting on the couch he noticed a table (the usual classroom church tables) and asked what it was. I told him it was a table. He then said "a naughty table?" Background--when the boys are naughty during sacrament they are taken to a room and firmly placed on a table. They are not allowed to get down, swing their feet, etc. The point is to make them more uncomfortable out of sacrament than in. Obviously Zander has had his share of the "naughty table".
Also while at conference yesterday Zander pointed to my ever increasing belly and told me to "take your baby out." I said that I can't. He look at me, realized I had a dress on and said "Oh yeah, because you have that on" (pointing at my dress). I then tried to explain to him that it isn't time for the baby to come out, that he is still too small.
I love my little Zander! He has some of the funniest things to say and he says them in the cutest way. He is such a fun part of our family!
