In an attempt to stay caught up with this family journal this post will be a compilation of what went on the middle part of August. . . the rest will follow.
Matt was home for a couple days before heading back to Wisconsin. We took advantage of the time with dad and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, picked cherries, and played on the trampoline.
After dad went back to Wisconsin the boys and mom celebrated 'National Smore Day" (August 10th) by roasting what else--S'Mores!
Layton caught a snake which was later the cat's dinner--Zander wasn't quite sure what to think of it

We met Grandma Yearsley and Diana at Ross Park in Pocatello for an aternoon of fun in the sun. Declan especially loved the water and didn't cry at all when the tube we were on flipped and we went under the water.
