Chef Chase

Chase has found that he quite enjoys cooking & baking.  He is becoming quite the chef--earlier this summer he made fish tacos with mango salsa, finger steaks & mashed potatoes, ice cream puffs, and of course his favorite chocolate chip cookies.  Last month when Grandma Yearsley stayed with the boys (Matt & I were in Jackson Hole for a work retreat) Chase decided he wanted to make peach pie.  From what we were told the pies turned out really yummy.  Chase was so proud of how his crust turned out--especially compared to Grandma's.  She was a good sport and let him take a picture of his and hers for proof.  I must admit that I was very impressed with how his turned out...impressive for his first pie ever.  It is fun to see him gaining a love for being in the kitchen.
